Click now on the Windows Key + R and type in gpedit.msc and click enter and the Group Policy Editor should open. Please wait while the process is complete. The file will run in the Command Prompt as in the image below. The command prompt will open and execute for you. Now right-click the batch file and click Run as administrator from the Context Menu.
